Maurten Shipping information

We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union (excluding the Canary Islands), the US and Canada. We are working hard to start shipping to more countries as soon as possible. Sign up for our newsletter for the latest information on new markets.

Yes we do - Shipping costs are shown during checkout after you enter your shipping address. Depending on your location and order value, we can offer free shipping, or a reduced shipping rate.

Germany/The Netherlands/Belgium:

Standard shipping rate - 5€
Orders 60€ and over - free

Rest of the European Union:

Standard shipping rate - 10€
Orders 60€ and over - 5€
Orders 100€ and over - free

The United Kingdom:

Standard shipping rate - £6
Orders £60 and over - free

The United States:

Standard shipping rate - $10
Orders $60 and over - $5
Orders $100 and over - free

Canada:

Standard shipping rate - $10
Orders $90 and over - $5
Orders $120 and over - free

European Union (excluding Malta and Cyprus)

  • The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days

Malta and Cyprus

  • The expected delivery time is 7-10 working days, due to local customs checks.

United States

  • The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days. Please note - we do not deliver to PO boxes.

Canada

  • The expected delivery time is 3-6 working days.

United Kingdom

  • The expected delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please note: We do not deliver to Guernsey or Jersey.

Seasonality

During periods of high demand (such as around Black Friday, or the festive season), our carriers are working under higher demand, and delivery may take a day or two longer than usual.


European Union

  • Your order will be delivered with DPD

United States

  • Your order will be delivered with UPS. Please note - we do not deliver to PO boxes in the USA.

Canada

  • Your order will be delivered with Fedex or Canada post. If it is important for you to know the exact courier, please contact help@maurten.com

United Kingdom

  • Your order will be delivered with DPD. Please note: we do not deliver to Guernsey or Jersey.

You will get a tracking code once the order is dispatched to you from our warehouse.
